Application:

Suitable for for all kinds adhesive rewinding.

Feature

1. Main motor: Driven by 2 connecting A.C motors, 1 for rewind tension control which automatic increasing toque on the rewinding shaft when the finished roll O.D is getting bigger.

2. Rewinding Device: Center type winding with surface pressure roller be able to rewind various materials on different requests. The air for the rewind shafts will be automatically filled and leaked in the production.

3. Electricity Device: Control panel with LCD touch screen for setting tension, length…etc.

4. Central control system is as PLC unit and on maintenance it can be communicated with our computer by telecom line for instant check and service

5. Unwind Device: Using double surface type roller by air control can get smooth material and deduct the noisy (For adhesive material)

6. Optional rewind Device: pick-down lift driven by motor, which can save time and reduce wasted material.

7. Unwind Base: Connected unwind base for convenient operation.

1. Unwind pick-up lift: for loading jumbo roll on the machine quickly and time saving

2. Tabbing Device: automatic tabbing on the web during the production.
